Why we exist
The ambition is not the hard part. AI has companies building more, and every one of those projects spans multiple teams. That's where execution breaks. Not for lack of talent, but through politics and a leadership role that belongs to nobody. It was never a manager's job. It's a leader's job: on the details, with the team, every day. What people call founder mode. Those people exist, but they have an hour a week to give it. We exist to be that leader, so strategic projects get decided, unblocked and shipped, and teams deliver exceptional work.
Fundamentally pro-human
In a world racing to replace people with AI, we're building the opposite. Detox doesn't take anyone's position. It augments everyone on the project, and takes over a job we believe no human was doing well, or at all. People keep the strategic roles, the real work, and the final word. Our product exists to help them do their best work, not to make them replaceable.
Built with craft
Most B2B software is built to win a contract, not to be loved. We think that's backwards. We believe in craftsmanship as a discipline: every part of this product is designed to exceed expectations, not just meet them. The onboarding, the way it feels, even the pricing. We listen to our customers obsessively. And we also believe the best way to serve them is to lead the market, not follow it: to have a voice of our own, to innovate, and to make the hard choices that no request list would ever ask for. We won't stop until it's there.
